Is my pc dead or will it survive?

wont power on and when i plug it in the on light "not the activity light" flickers on once and deceases. there was a leak in the basement but never reached the pc in general so that might not be the case cause the pc has been dry. i did do some hardware movement to cool it down, did work after that, there was as few weird boots. but with all this said is my pc dead. keep in mind the psu still works
