Whats a good gaming computer for someone just getting in to pc gaming.?

Im in highschool and im looking for a gaming pc i dont make much so im looking for around $1000-$1500 Im hoping it need little to no adttional hardware. Im probly going to be playing games like skirem, civ 5, and pso. Eny help thanks, and sorry for my bad spelling.Also i realy dont want to build one unless its realy worth it.
