Can't connect to wireless?

Explanation: I've been having major problems with my GQ NX-L515 Laptop. It didn't have a factory image restore so I used a recovery cd from my PC about a year older. The OS changed from Vista to XP and a few problems occured. Somehow there wasn't any audio hardware and connecting to wireless networks option was gone as well. I don't know if its because there's a different way to do it but basically I need some help. I've already managed to fix the audio problem by downloading the software from Realtek so all that's left is the wireless problem.
