I broke my leg, now this guy wants to beat me up!?

Okay, so I broke my leg a long time ago, and they put some hardware in my leg to keep it from breaking. Now, they removed it because it was bothering me and I think it's called an incission. Anyways, they cut my femur up and put stitches up across my whole thigh. Now, this guy that doesn't like me and we had a lot of fights between earlier says he will kick me throw me off the wheelchair and kick me with crutches. Im still at the hospital and I will be going home tomorrow. He is serious and I am afraid he will leave me disabled for the rest of my life. I cannot walk good and barely walk with crutches. So, what do I do? I am afraid of going home. I am 17 years old and he is too. Should i do anything?
