Is it illegal to tie and tickle someone in singapore?

I heard Singapore has many rules and restrictions. In addition, It states here, in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sections_377_and_377A_of_the_Penal_Code_(Singapore) that "Any male person who, in public or private, commits, or abets the commission of, or procures or attempts to procure the commission by any male person of, any act of gross indecency with another male person, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 2 years.". Gross indecency is defined as well, as "virtually any male homosexual behaviour". And when i mean, tying and tickling, i mean tied to a bed to get tickled on the upper body.
