What's the name of this movie called?

I think I saw this movie in 2004 and it was about this guy (I think his name was Hank) who gets this computer data and makes this woman and convinces the public she's real. I think he also makes her into a celebrity and creates her voice by talking into a microphone. These people suspect that she's fake until Hank makes her sing in a realistic hologram form and throws his pursuers off. The movie ends with his daughter voicing the girl and Hank is there with her as the data girl is holding a baby. I think the movie might begin with an "S"...
