What's wrong with my computer?

Every time I turn on my computer a blue screen comes up saying; a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. Unnmountable_boot_volume it comes up many times and ask to check for and any new hardware or software but there isn't any. It then says to use in safe mood but it still won't start even with that.
